Tiffany Gaudin is a dedicated community leader, public servant, and advocate for the people of Victorville. With deep roots in the High Desert, Tiffany has lived in Victorville since 1991. Her commitment to this community is evident in everything she does, from her work as an EMT to her current role as a Community Outreach Director at Victorville First Assembly of God Church.
Tiffany’s journey of service began more than 15 years ago when she joined American Medical Response as an EMT. In this role, she responded to hundreds of emergencies, gaining an intimate understanding of the challenges that Victorville’s residents face, especially its most vulnerable populations. Her time as an EMT gave her a unique perspective on the issues that matter most to the community, from public safety to the health and well-being of the city’s residents.
After 15 years on the front lines, Tiffany transitioned to her current role as a Community Outreach Director, where she continues to serve the people of Victorville. In this position, she has worked tirelessly to build connections between the city, its residents, and local organizations, always with the goal of making Victorville a better place to live. As an Associate Pastor, Tiffany also provides spiritual guidance and support to her congregation, helping them navigate life’s challenges with faith and resilience.
Tiffany is not just a community leader; she is also a devoted wife and mother. She and her husband, Justin, have been married for 25 years and are raising three children—a set of twin daughters and a son—in the High Desert. Prior to 2024, Tiffany homeschooled her children, demonstrating her deep commitment to their education and upbringing. In addition to her work in the community and her family life, Tiffany is also an accomplished author, having written two books. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities like fishing, hiking, and camping, which allow her to stay connected to the beautiful environment that surrounds Victorville and enjoy the amazing sunsets the region is known for.
Now, Tiffany is ready to bring her experience, dedication, and fresh perspective to the Victorville City Council as the District 1 representative. Her campaign is built on the principles of collaboration, trust, and practical solutions to the challenges facing the city. With a deep understanding of the community’s needs and a proven track record of service, Tiffany Gaudin is committed to making Victorville a safer, stronger, and more vibrant place for everyone.
