Tiffany Gaudin es un l\u00edder comunitario dedicado, servidor p\u00fablico, y defensor de la gente de Victorville. Con profundas ra\u00edces en el Alto Desierto, Tiffany ha vivido en Victorville desde 1991. El viaje de servicio de Tiffany comenz\u00f3 hace m\u00e1s de 15 a\u00f1os cuando se uni\u00f3 a American Medical Response como EMT. En este papel, ella respondi\u00f3 a cientos de emergencias, ganando una comprensi\u00f3n \u00edntima de los desaf\u00edos que enfrentan los residentes de Victorville, especialmente sus poblaciones m\u00e1s vulnerables. Su tiempo como EMT le dio una perspectiva \u00fanica sobre las cuestiones que m\u00e1s importan a la comunidad, desde la seguridad p\u00fablica a la salud y el bienestar de los residentes de la ciudad.<\/h3>\n

Despu\u00e9s de 15 a\u00f1os en el frente, Tiffany hizo la transici\u00f3n a su papel actual como Directora de Alcance Comunitario, donde contin\u00faa sirviendo a la gente de Victorville. En esta posici\u00f3n, ha trabajado incansablemente para construir conexiones entre la ciudad, sus residentes y las organizaciones locales, siempre con el objetivo de hacer de Victorville un mejor lugar para vivir. Como pastora asociada, Tiffany tambi\u00e9n proporciona orientaci\u00f3n espiritual y apoyo a su congregaci\u00f3n, ayud\u00e1ndoles a navegar por los desaf\u00edos de la vida con fe y resistencia.<\/p>\n

Tiffany no es s\u00f3lo una l\u00edder comunitaria; tambi\u00e9n es una esposa y madre devota. Ella y su marido, Justin, llevan casados 25 a\u00f1os y est\u00e1n criando a tres hijos: dos mellizas y un var\u00f3n, en el Alto Desierto. Antes de 2024, Tiffany educ\u00f3 a sus hijos en casa, lo que demuestra su profundo compromiso con su educaci\u00f3n y crianza. Adem\u00e1s de su trabajo en la comunidad y su vida familiar, Tiffany es tambi\u00e9n una autora consumada, habiendo escrito dos libros. En su tiempo libre, disfruta de actividades al aire libre como la pesca, el senderismo y el camping, que le permiten mantenerse conectada con el bello entorno que rodea Victorville y disfrutar de las incre\u00edbles puestas de sol por las que es conocida la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Ahora, Tiffany est\u00e1 dispuesta a aportar su experiencia, dedicaci\u00f3n y nueva perspectiva al Ayuntamiento de Victorville como representante del Distrito 1.
